And so it all came to an end at O2 Islington Academy in London.
We had the most fantastic time and want to thank the boys from Skid Row for having us rock the UK together with them and Buffalo Summer.
We also welcomed Andy Midgley on the guitars standing in for Jake Thorsen on this tour. Andy is a very talented guitarist and fitted in perfectly with our show, thereby securing himself a permanent position in the I AM I family.
Unfortunately, due to work and family commitments, Jake decided to step down from his role in I AM I and we wish him all the best for the future.
Ultimately we want to say thanks to each and every one of you that turned up every night and made this tour happen.
We came, we rocked, we conquered... and we WILL be back for more!

We are delighted to announce that I AM I will be playing Download Festival this summer.
The band are absolutely stoked that they will they be joining the likes of Slipknot, Iron Maiden, Rammstein, Stone Sour, QOTSA, Down and many others playing at the UK's biggest rock festival this year.

I AM I release new single, 'You're The Voice' on 10th December
I AM I will release their cover of John Farnham's classic 80's track 'You're The Voice' on December 10th on digital format, distributed worldwide by Plastichead and available from all the usual digital outlets.
Their rocking, feel-good cover of John Farnham's classic 80's song had been received exceptionally well on the band's recent tour with everyone singing along with the memorable chorus of this great track, leading them to decide to put it out as an end of year single.
ZP also felt that the lyrical content of the track was especially relevant in this current era, mirroring what's actually happening with us all right now & making the timing for the single release perfect.
Written by Andy Qunta, Keith Reid, Maggie Ryder and Chris Thompson, 'You're The Voice' was originally released by Aussie singer John Farnham in 1986 and was a smash hit, reaching the top 10 in most European countries.
'Event Horizon' to be released digitally worldwide on 10th December
I AM I's debut album 'Event Horizon' will also be released worldwide on digital format on December 10th. This album had previously been released exclusively throughout Europe but due to the increasing demand for the release throughout the US, Americas, Australia and other territories, the decision was made to go ahead and release it digitally worldwide.
The album be available to Download worldwide from that date from all usual digital outlets - iTunes, Play.com, Spotify, emusic, Amazon, Pandora etc.

With the last day now played on our fantastic debut UK tour, I AM I are delighted to announce a number of new tour dates featuring support slots to 2 great US rock bands, & are we looking forward to these? The answer to that is most definitely 'F*CK, YES!'
Firstly, we'll be the main support for the legendary UGLY KID JOE at Southend and Southampton, these shows are guaranteed to be absolutely rammed and are going to be some storming shows so make sure you get your tickets before they sell out!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Brighton date on 29th October has unfortunately been cancelled.
This was out of our control but to make up for it, everyone who bought a ticket for the gig in Brighton, if you can show proof of purchase (even if you got a refund) and get to the gig the next night in Southampton, we'll get you in for free! This is also going to be the last show this time round, so it's be guaranteed to be a great one and a fitting end to what's been a fantastic first tour!

Breaking news: I AM I debut UK Tour dates now confirmed!
I AM I are pleased to announce that they will be heading out on their first ever UK Headline tour in October, in support of the release of their debut album 'Event Horizon' which will be available to buy on CD & Digital format from September 17th. This first tour sees the band keeping it intimate in some smaller venues around the UK, so for anyone who wants to see I AM I up close and personal, now's your chance!
Support will be from the fabulous ARTHEMIS and FAHRAN. This cracking line up is guaranteed to bring some lively nights rammed full of storming, riff heavy rock and searing vocals to a town near you. So make sure you get your tickets quick and come join the party, it's going to be a must see!

BLOODSTOCK, Acoustic performance
I AM I are playing an Acoustic show at Bloodstock as well as our main stage show on Saturday 11th.
We play the Main stage at 12 noon then will be at the signing tent from 1.30 until 2pm doing a signing session, and will then be back at 7pm on the Jager stage for a half hour accoustic show. This is going to be one crazy busy day for the band but we're really stoked about doing it and can't wait to play!

We are very pleased to announce that I AM I can now confirm that the exceptionally talented Phil Martini (Down & Outz with Joe Elliott, Tokyo Dragons, Quireboys) is their new drummer.
With things really starting to build momentum after the release of their debut album 'Event Horizon', I AM I found themselves in need of a professional, talented drummer with the same desire, humour and passion for their music as they had, and it didn't take long before they found themselves the ideal man.
Following a chance meeting at a Claytown Troupe gig, ZP and Phil found they got along famously and once Phil had heard the album, he was in!
ZP Theart: "We hadn't even started to look for a drummer yet but the first time I saw Phil playing, I knew he was the man for us. He's a great guy, really easy to work with and fitted straight into the band at first practice. We are stoked he is now part of the I AM I team"

The formidable driving force behind the band is the renown vocalist ZP Theart. After his departure from Dragonforce in 2010 he worked tirelessly to put together a new project and after searching out an incredibly talented group of musicians, the line up was completed and the end result was one of the most exciting new bands of 2012, I AM I.
The band's debut album 'Event Horizon' was written and produced by Theart and guitarist Jacob Ziemba and mixed and mastered by Roland Grapow (Helloween/Masterplan) and is a storming blend of melodies and rock, riffs and metal all interlaced with ZP's soaring vocals. Their debut video of the track 'Silent Genocide' taken from the album is the perfect example of all these and it's already proving to be a massive hit worldwide, gaining huge numbers of views in a very short space of time.
